Intellectual Property

All custom designs and deliverables created by Tri-State Designer remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, you will receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the final website and its components.
Any third-party content, such as stock images or fonts, is subject to its respective licensing terms.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any loss of revenue, data, or business resulting from the use or inability to use the website.
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for those services.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.
In the event of termination, you are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Pennsylvania.
